在氮气保护下,将吩噻嗪(500 mg,2.50 mmol)溶解于无水甲苯(5 mL)中,依次加入碘苯(310 mg,2.2 mmol)、叔丁醇钠(0.5 mL)和三(二亚苄基丙酮)二钯(Pd2(dba)3,46 mg,0.05 mmol)。将反应混合物转移至密封管中,于160℃下搅拌反应16小时。反应完成后,冷却至室温。分离有机层,水层用二氯甲烷(2×15 mL)萃取。合并有机相,用无水硫酸钠(Na2SO4)干燥,减压浓缩。粗产物通过硅胶柱色谱法纯化(洗脱剂:石油醚/乙酸乙酯= 20:1),得到10-苯基吩噻嗪(600 mg,87.3%)为白色固体,熔点205℃。核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR,300 MHz,丙酮-d6):δ 7.70(t,J = 7.5 Hz,2H),7.57(t,J = 7.2 Hz,1H),7.44(d,J = 7.8 Hz,2H),7.06(d,J = 7.5 Hz,2H),6.92(t,J = 7.2 Hz,2H),6.89(t,J = 7.2 Hz,2H),6.23(d,J = 8.1 Hz,2H)。核磁共振碳谱(13C NMR,100 MHz,丙酮-d6):δ 144.98,141.82,131.64,131.37,129.07,127.31,123.37,120.90,116.96。电喷雾高分辨质谱(ESI-HRMS)m/z计算值C18H14NS([M + H]+)为276.0841,实测值为276.0842。
