以2-氨基-6-氟苯并噻唑为原料合成6-氟-2-肼基苯并噻唑(2)的一般步骤:在5-10℃条件下,将浓盐酸(10mL)缓慢滴加至99%水合肼(10g,0.2mol)中,随后加入2-氨基-6-氟苯并噻唑(1)(3.364g,0.02mol)的乙二醇(40mL)溶液。将反应混合物加热至回流温度,保持5小时。反应完成后,冷却至室温,过滤收集析出的固体产物,用水洗涤,干燥后通过乙醇重结晶纯化。产物收率为89%,熔点为194-196℃[1]。
