以2-溴-6-硝基苄基酯(536 mg,1.96 mmol)为原料合成2-溴-6-硝基苯甲醇的一般步骤:将2-溴-6-硝基苄基酯溶于10%的乙酸水溶液(20 mL)中,加入1.5 mL乙酸。将反应混合物加热回流过夜。反应完成后,冷却至室温,用乙酸乙酯萃取反应混合物。合并有机相,用无水硫酸镁干燥,减压浓缩,得到2-溴-6-硝基苯甲醇(389 mg,产率86%)为黄色固体。1H NMR (CDCl3, 300 MHz) δ: 4.93 (d, J = 7.43 Hz), 7.354 (t, J = 8.10 Hz), 7.84 (dd, J = 1.23 Hz, 8.17 Hz), 7.89 (dd, J = 1.22 Hz, 8.03 Hz)。
