一般步骤:向标准烧瓶中加入1-(2-甲氧基乙基)-4-硝基-1H-吡唑(2.5g,14.60mmol)的乙醇(250mL)溶液,随后加入钯碳(20% w/w,0.50g)。将烧瓶抽真空后,用氢气置换。在氢气氛围(1atm)下搅拌反应16小时。反应完成后,通过硅藻土垫的烧结漏斗过滤反应液,并用甲醇洗涤滤饼。滤液减压浓缩,得到1-(2-甲氧基乙基)-1H-吡唑-4-胺(2.0g,收率97%),该产物无需进一步纯化即可直接用于下一步反应。1H NMR(400MHz,CDCl3):δ7.03(s,1H),6.89(s,1H),4.19-4.17(t,2H),3.78(br s,2H),3.67-3.64(t,2H),3.21(s,3H)。质谱(MS):142.11(M + H)。
