6-氧杂螺[2.5]辛烷-1-羧酸性质、用途与生产工艺
生产方法
以6-氧杂螺[2.5]辛烷-1-羧酸乙酯为原料合成6-氧杂螺[2.5]辛烷-1-羧酸的一般步骤:向含有酯B-6a(50mg,0.271mmol)的混合溶剂(THF:MeOH:H2O = 2:1:1,总体积6mL)中加入LiOH(65.0mg,2.71mmol)。反应混合物在0℃下搅拌,随后升至室温继续搅拌12小时。反应完成后,将混合物冷却至0℃,用1.5N HCl溶液调节pH至约3。接着,用DCM(2×50mL)萃取反应混合物,合并有机相后用盐水(25mL)洗涤,经无水Na2SO4干燥,过滤,减压浓缩,得到目标产物Cap B-6(35mg),为无色液体。产物经1H NMR(CDCl3,δ=7.26ppm,300MHz)表征:δ3.83-3.68(m,4H),1.85-1.81(m,2H),1.62-1.42(m,3H),1.21(t,J=6.4Hz,1H),1.07-1.01(m,1H)。
