THPP-4 is a phosphodiesterase 10A (PDE10A) inhibitor.
Uses
Phosphodiesterase 10-IN-2 (THPP-4) is an oral active phosphodiesterase 10A (PDE10A) inhibitor with the Ki of 4.5 nM. Phosphodiesterase 10-IN-2 can be used for study of schizophrenia[1].
