Description
m-PEG5-2-methylacrylate is a PEG linker, incorporating a methylacrylate group. The methylacrylate group reacts with amines during Michael addition reactions. The hydrophilic PEG chain increases the water solubility of the compound.
Uses
m-PEG5-2-methylacrylate is a PEG- and Alkyl/ester-based PROTAC linker can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1].
