Description
YCN47284 is an aromatic guanylhydrazone compounds with antimalarial activity. YCN47284 was first reported in WO 9621450. YCN47284 inhibited P. falciparum growth with IC50 = 0.075 μM to >10 μM as reported in US 20030186993. This product has no formal name at the moment.
Uses
m-BBIG dihydrochloride is a member of Bis-iminoguanidine (BIG) family and can be utilized in synthetic chemistry[1].
