21-hydroxy Heneicosanoic acid methyl ester is a hydroxylated fatty acid methyl ester and substrate for lactonizing lipase from Pseudomonas nov. sp. 109, a lipase that catalyzes the synthesis of macrocyclic lactones. [Matreya, LLC. Catalog No. 1880]
