Pigment Yellow 163(Chrome tungsten titanium buff rutile) is an inorganic pigment that is the reaction product of high temperature calcination in which oxides of titanium (IV), chromium (III), and tungsten (VI) in varying amounts are mixed and reacted to form a crystalline matrix or rutile. Chrome tungsten titanium buff rutile is identified in the COLOUR INDEX by Colour Index Constitution Number, C.I. 77897.
