28-Deoxybetulin methyleneamine (compound 36) is a derivative of Betulin. Betulin (HY-N0083) is a sterol regulatory element-binding protein (SREBP) inhibitor[1][2].

Biological Activity

28-Deoxybetulin methyleneamine is a pentacyclic triterpenoid and derivative of the cholesterol biosynthesis inhibitor betulin .1 It has been used in the synthesis of triterpene derivatives with antiviral activity.
