Uses

K284-6111 is an orally active inhibitor for protein chitinase 3-like 1 (CHI3L1). K284-6111 reduces the expression of inflammatory proteins such as iNOS, COX-2, GFAP, and Iba-1, inhibits β-secretase and NF-κB, and suppresses Aβ production. K284-6111 ameliorates the Aβ1–42-induced mice memory impairment, and can be used in research about Alzheimer’s Diseases[1].
