Description
N-Boc-N-bis(PEG1-OH) is a small PEG linker compound with two terminal hydroxy groups and a Boc protected amino group. The hydroxy groups enable further derivatization or replacement with other reactive functional groups. Boc can be deprotected under acidic conditions.
Biological Activity
N-Boc-N-bis(PEG1-OH) is a PROTAC bridge that belongs to the PEG class and the Alkyl/ether class. It can be used to synthesize a series of PROTAC molecules. It is a cleavable ADC linker used in the synthesis of antibody drug conjugates (ADCs).
