Uses
Derived from amino acids 139–164 of the C-terminus of the full-length p21 protein, the Peptide021(P021) interferes with proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) function and lacks organized structure in its free form[1][2]. The p21C2 peptide serves as a precursor to analyze whether S phase is inhibited by microinjection[1].
