Description
NH-bis(PEG3-OH) is a mall PEG molecule with a central amino group and two terminal hydroxyl groups. The amino group is reactive with activated NHS esters to form a stable amide bond.
Uses
NH-bis-PEG4 is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1].
