Uses
Mannotriose is a natural functional oligosaccharide, which can effectively proliferate beneficial flora (Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus, etc.) in the human intestinal tract.

Biological Activity
Manninotriose (Manninotriose) is the main carbohydrate of Ono sesame (Lamium, Lamiaceae). It has pharmacological activities such as promoting the proliferation of hematopoietic cells, improving immunity, lowering blood sugar, and anti-tumor.
Synthesis
A method of preparing high purity manninotriose from fresh Rehmannia glutinosa, comprising the following steps: (1) high-temperature processing and concoction of fresh dihuang: take 25.0g of fresh dihuang after harvesting, discard the moldy parts, wash and slice, cut into slices with a thickness of 3cm, and keep in airtight and heated up to 90C for 6h; (2) Mannose trisaccharide sample liquid preparation: according to the proportion of mass ratio of 1: 2 will be obtained in step (1) of the fresh groundnut processing artillery products added to 70 water leaching 0.5h, the residue according to the above process to continue to leaching 1 time, combined with the leaching solution, vacuum concentration to 60. Brix sugar solution, that is, to obtain the mannose trisaccharide sample liquid. (3) alcohol precipitation to get mannan trisaccharide sample liquid alcohol precipitation part: according to the volume ratio of 1:2 ratio of ethanol into the mannan trisaccharide sample liquid, at a temperature of 80 heat preservation for 30min, natural cooling and static for 24h, to get mannan trisaccharide sample liquid alcohol precipitation part; (4) De-emulsification decolorization and concentration to get mannose trisaccharide sample solution: the alcohol precipitation of mannose trisaccharide sample solution obtained in step 3 is diluted 10 times with water, decolorized with 0.5% activated charcoal or macroporous adsorption resin (on the weight of the sample solution and the resin volume ratio of 450g/L), filtered and then concentrated under the condition of 60 sample solution to 60. Brix; (5) Gel LH20 column chromatography separation to obtain mannose trisaccharide: the mannose trisaccharide sample solution was diluted to 10. Brix, eluted by gel LH20 column chromatography with 25% ethanol, the fractions containing mannose trisaccharide were combined with TLC detection, concentrated or freeze-dried to obtain mannose trisaccharide, concentrated and dried to obtain mannose trisaccharide 1.1 g, purity of 98.5%, the total yield of 4.4%.
