Chemical Properties

Red powder. Solubility in water is 120g/L (20℃), 150g/L (80℃). The color light is slightly dark when it meets iron ions and turns dark when it meets copper ions. The dye has high reactivity and medium affinity.

Uses

Reactive orange 16 is common textile dyes that can be adsorbed onto single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) through electrostatic interactions, allowing the separation of residual dyes.

After dyeing color shade of red light for yellow. In dye bath of iron ion in color shade darker; Copper ions in color shade darker.the dye affinity medium, the reaction of the high.Used for cotton or viscose fiber dyeing, also can be used for cotton and viscose fiber in law or a two-phase method printing.
