Description
Two-pore domain potassium (K2P) channels of the TREK subfamily regulate neuronal excitability, influence pain, temperature perception and responses to anesthetics. ML-335 (825658-06-8) is a novel, selective TREK-1,2 activator with EC50s of 14.3 and 5.2 μM.1It represents an important new pharmacological tool for studying the physiology of TREK channels.
Uses
ML335, is a selective activator of both TREK-1 and TREK-2.
