Cayman’s Mitochondrial PT Pore Assay Kit utilizes the calcein/cobalt technique multiplexed with TMRE, allowing for the measurement of both membrane integrity and mitochondrial membrane potential (Δψm). This assay has been adapted for use with flow cytometry and fluorescence microscopy, and includes controls for Δψm depolarization (FCCP) and calcein quenching without the loss of membrane potential (Calcein Quenching Control).Needed but not supplied: Please download the kit booklet to verify if UltraPure Water (Milli-Q or equivalent) or any other components are needed for this assay.WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
