Uses
Ciraparantag (PER977) acetate is a thrombin and factor Xa inhibitor. Ciraparantag acetate is a broad-spectrum reversal agent for anticoagulants, including low molecular weight heparins, unfractionated heparins, and some direct oral anticoagulants, but not VKAs[1][2][3][4].
