Description
1,2-Distearoyl-3-linoleoyl-rac-glycerol is a triacylglycerol that contains stearic acid at the sn-1 and sn-2 positions and linoleic acid at the sn-3 position. It has been found in sunflower oil.1
Uses
1,2-Stearin-3-linolein is a triacylglycerol. 1,2-Stearin-3-linolein has Stearic acid (HY-B2219) at sn-1 and sn-2 positions, and contains Linoleic acid (HY-N0729) at sn-3 position.
