General Description
Anti-S1P Receptor EDG1 Antibody detects endogenous levels of total S1P Receptor EDG1 protein.
Biological Activity
EDG1 (endothelial differentiation gene )/S1P1 (sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor 1) serve as an anti-apoptotic/pro-proliferative protein in AML (acute myeloid leukemia) cells. It is involved in angiogenesis and lymphangiogenesis. It also acts as a pro-tumorigenic receptor.
