Uses
Anti-IL7 antibody produced in rabbit, a Prestige Antibody, is developed and validated by the Human Protein Atlas (HPA) project . Biological Activity
IL7 (Interleukin 7) is a 17.4kDa homeostatic cytokine molecule involved highly in T-cell signaling for T cell growth and proliferation in vivo. It helps T-cell to grow in the thymus and helps in homoeostatic peripheral expansion of T cells. IL7 also helps in the signal inhibition of T lymphocyte apoptosis mediated by mesenchymal stem cell. It is a six exons containing molecule, which participates in the transcriptional regulation.
