FURA-PE3/AM Chemical Properties,Uses,Production
Description
Fura-PE3 AM is a ratiometric indicator for measuring Ca2+. It is membrane-permeable and can be hydrolyzed by esterases to calcium indicator Fura-PE3. Compared to Fura-2, Fura-PE3 is similar in its properties but retained longer in cells.
Uses
FURA-PE3 whose acetoxymethyl (AM) derivative with spectral properties similar to the parent compound. It can be loaded into cells in a manner similar to FURA 2/AM . Hydrolysis by non-specific esterases traps the indicator in the cytosol. Compared to FURA-2 , it is retained longer in the cell. Dyes and metabolites.
