Uses

SARS-CoV-2 Mpro-IN-22 (compound 4), a hydrolysable tannin, is a potent SARS-CoV-2 main protease (Mpro) inhibitor with an IC50 value of 1.2 μg/mL. SARS-CoV-2 Mpro-IN-22 does not show any significant cytotoxic activity against A549 and HUVEC cell lines[1].
