Azadibenzocyclooctyne-PEG4-acid Chemical Properties,Uses,Production
Description
DBCO-NHCO-PEG5-acid is an analog of DBCO-Acid with a hydrophilic PEG spacer arm, which improves water solubility. This reagent is a non-activated building block with enhanced solubility in aqueous media and can thus be used to derivatize amine-containing molecule through a stable amide bond. DBCO is commonly used for copper-free Click Chemistry reactions.
Uses
DBCO-Amide-PEG5-acid is a PEG-based PROTAC linker can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs. DBCO-Amide-PEG5-acid is a cleavable ADC linker used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs)[1]. DBCO-NHCO-PEG4-acid is a click chemistry reagent, it contains a DBCO group that can undergo strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) with molecules containing Azide groups.
