(2-Hydroxypropyl)-β-cyclodextrin solution has been used:
- to prepare a fresh solution of Cdc42 activity-specific inhibitor (CASIN) drug for analysis of the epigenetic aging signature in C57BL/6 mice
- to prepare the solution of remodelin and remodelin Fluor for assessment of remodelin toxicity in vivo in mice
- as a constituent of sodium citrate solution for reconstitution of carfilzomib (PR-171)

ChEBI: L-phenylalanine zwitterion is an amino acid zwitterion arising from transfer of a proton from the carboxy to the amino group of L-phenylalanine; major species at pH 7.3. It is an enantiomer of a D-phenylalanine zwitterion. It is a tautomer of a L-phenylalanine.
