Dectrekumab (QAX576) is a human monoclonal antibody that targets IL-13. Dectrekumab significantly improves intraepithelial esophageal eosinophil counts and dysregulated esophageal disease-related transcripts with Eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) in a sustained manner and can be used for inflammation and immunology related research[1].
