Description
Benzyl-PEG6-CH2CO2tBu is a PEG linker containing a benzyl protecting group and a t-butyl group. Both the benzyl and t-butyl groups are acid labile. The hydrophilic PEG linker increases the water solubility of the compounds in aqueous solutions.
Uses
BnO-PEG5-Boc is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1].
