5′-Nucleotidase, Microorganism (CD73) is an intrinsic membrane glycoprotein present as an ectoenzyme. 5′-Nucleotidase catalyzes hydrolysis of 5-nucleotides to their corresponding nucleosides[1].
Purification Methods
Purify it by dissolving it in Triton X-100 and deoxycholate, and by affinity chromatography on concanavalin A-Sepharose and AMP-Sepharose [Grondal & Zimmerman Biochem J 245 805 1987]. Orosomucoid (glycoprotein
