UsesTubulin polymerization-IN-55 is a potent inhibitor of Tubulin Polymerization. Tubulin polymerization-IN-55 has antiproliferative activity against A549, K562, HepG2, MDA-MB-231 and HFL-1 with IC50 s of 8, 3, 9, 24 and 62 nM, respectively[1].
