DescriptionDXR inhibitor 11a is an inhibitor of P. falciparum 1-deoxy-D-xylulose-5-phosphate reductoisomerase (DXR; IC50 = 0.11 µM).1 It inhibits the growth of P. falciparum in isolated human erythrocytes (IC50 = 0.37 µM).WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
