It has been used for IgM depletion from normal human serum from fasted patients. | | Uses | Anti-Human IgM (μ-chain specific) antibody is suitable for Ouchterlony double diffusion and quantitative precipitin assay. It was used in B-cell receptor cross-linking studies, AuBioDOT assays, ELISA, protein purification and gel blot analysis. | | General Description | Immunoglobulin M (IgM) antibodies appear early in the course of infections.
