Quantification of Vtg has become an accepted screening test for the estrogenic effects of EDCs in fish. The Vtg (medaka) ELISA kit is a double-antibody immunometric (sandwich) ELISA for analyzing Vtg in whole body homogenates samples. Each kit contains detecting antibody, secondary antibody-HRP conjugate, purified medaka Vtg standard, OPD-peroxidase substrate tablets, PBS tablets, PBS-Tween tablets, BSA, pre-coated plate(s), and complete instructions.
