| | General Description | Boc-Ser-OH is an amino acid derivative. | | reaction suitability | reaction type: Boc solid-phase peptide synthesis | | Synthesis |
18.1g of L-serine, was added to 200m1 of 0.010mol/L sodium carbonate solution and dissolved with stirring, then 8g of (BoC)0 was added and reacted for 3 hours, then 8g of (BoC)0 was added and reacted for 5 hours, and finally 9g of (Boc)0 was added and reacted for 7 hours. The impurities were extracted three times with petroleum ether 10 ml/time. 3 mol/L hydrochloric acid was used to adjust the pH=3 and then the product was extracted three times with tetrahydrofuran 0.5 L/time. The ester layers were combined and washed with brine to neutral. Add 15 g of anhydrous sodium sulfate and dry for 8 hours. Filtration, filtrate concentrated dry under reduced pressure, add 50ml petroleum squint stirring crystallization. Centrifuge the product and dry. BOC-L-serine 23.1 g was obtained. yield 90.15%.
