Isochondrodendrine ( Isochondrodendrin) 是一类从 Isolona ghesquiereina 中分离出来的双苄基异喹啉生物碱。Isochondrodendrine 对 Plasmodium falciparum 具有很强的抗疟原虫活性。
Plasmodium falciparum
Isochondrodendrine has strong in vitro antiplasmodial activity against the chloroquine resistant strain FMC29 of Plasmodium falciparum . Toxicity observed is 50 to 100 fold greater towards Plasmodium falciparum than cultured L6 cells.
