2-[[4-Amino-5-[(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)methyl]-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl]thio]-1-(4-methylphenyl)ethanone Usage And Synthesis
UsesTubulin polymerization-IN-8 (compound IIc) is a potent inhibitor of tubulin polymerization. Tubulin polymerization-IN-8 concentration-dependently causes cell cycle arrest at the G2/M phase in HCT116 tumor cells, and displays a significant inhibition of tubulin polymerization with an IC50 value of 12.7 μM. Tubulin polymerization-IN-8 has the potential for the research of cancer diseases[ 1].
