E6-272 Usage And Synthesis
UsesE6-272 is an inhibitor for human papillomavirus 16 (HPV 16). E6-272 inhibits the proliferation of HPV-positive cells SiHa and CaSki with GI50 of 32 nM and 62 nM. E6-272 induces apoptosis in cell SiHa and CaSki[1].
