A method for the preparation of high purity EchinocandinB, comprising the steps of:
1) solid-liquid separation of Echinocandin B fermentation broth to obtain a solid fermentation culture;
2) Addition of polar solvents to the solid fermentation culture for maceration;
3) solid-liquid separation of the soaking solution to obtain echinocandin B extract;
4) The extract with toned-down polar solvent concentration was introduced into a macroporous adsorbent resin for enrichment;
5) After adsorption, the resin was washed with a gradient polar solvent and then desorbed with a desorbent;
6) Decolorize the desorbed solution, stir well and filter;
7) The decolorized solution was concentrated, extracted and crystallized to obtain the crude extract of echinocandin B;
8) The crude extract was separated by Fraclite 800 chromatography to obtain the high-purity echinocandin B product.
