以化合物(CAS:1089687-04-6)为起始原料,合成2,6-二溴-4,4-双(2-乙基己基)-4H-硅杂环戊二烯并[3,2-B:4,5-B']二噻吩的一般步骤如下:在10℃条件下,将N-溴代琥珀酰亚胺(NBS)(11.65g,65.42mmol,2.06当量)缓慢加入至溶解于350ml无水四氢呋喃中的化合物(17.885g,31.76mmol)溶液中。反应混合物在室温下搅拌过夜。反应完成后,通过硅胶柱色谱法(洗脱剂:正己烷)对粗产物进行纯化,得到黄色油状的目标化合物17a(16.47g,收率90%)。
