| Uses | SM-360320 (CL-087) is a potent, orally active TLR7 agonist. SM-360320 is a immuno-modulator and exerts an antitumor effect. SM-360320 can act in synergy with DNA vaccines leading to an enhanced Th1 antibody response[1].
