| Description | The central cannabinoid (CB1) and peripheral cannabinoid (CB2) receptors are G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) that bind the active component of cannabis, Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol, as well as anandamide which is an endogenous CB receptor ligand.
