Neamine 是一种 Neomycin 的无毒衍生物,也是一种广谱氨基糖苷类抗生素。Neamine 是靶向血管生成素 (angiogenin) 的抗血管生成剂。Neamine 具有有效的抗菌,抗肿瘤和神经保护活性。
Neamine (0.625-25 μM; 48 hours; AsPC-1 cells) treatment inhibits ANG-mediated AsPC-1 cell proliferation in a dose-dependent manner in the range of 0.625-25 μM.
Neamine (100 μM) also blocks the nuclear translocation of ANG effectively.
