2-2. 化合物10的制备：将N-(4-溴苯基)-N-苯基-[1,1'-联苯]-4-胺（15.0 g，37.5 mmol）溶解于四氢呋喃（190.0 mL）中，并在-78℃下向该溶液中缓慢加入正丁基锂（2.5 M己烷溶液，22.0 mL）。反应混合物在-78℃下搅拌1小时后，加入三甲氧基硼烷（6.3 mL，56.21 mmol）。随后，将反应混合物升温至室温并继续搅拌4小时。反应完成后，用乙酸乙酯（200.0 mL）萃取混合物，有机层用蒸馏水（100.0 mL）洗涤。减压浓缩除去有机溶剂，得到的固体用己烷洗涤，经过滤并干燥，得到4-[N-(联苯-4-基)-N-苯胺基]苯硼酸（10.0 g，收率73%）。
