| 1H-PYRAZOLO[4,3-B]PYRIDINE Usage And Synthesis |
Synthesis | 1-(1H-pyrazolo[4,3-b]pyridin-1-yl)ethanone (973 mg, 6.04 mmol) was used as a raw material, which was dissolved in a solvent mixture of THF/MeOH (1:1, 16 mL). 10% NaOH aqueous solution (1.8 mL) was added. The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for 30 min, followed by neutralization of the reaction solution with 1.0 M HCl, dilution with water and extraction with EtOAc (2×). The organic phases were combined, washed with brine, dried over MgSO4 and concentrated to give 687 mg (96% yield) of 1H-pyrazolo[4,3-b]pyridine as a light yellow solid.1H NMR (DMSO-d6, 300 MHz) δ (ppm): 13.29 (br.s, 1H), 8.50 (d, J = 4.5 Hz, 1H), 8.27 (s , 1H), 8.00 (d, J = 8.7 Hz, 1H), 7.34 (dd, J = 8.7, 4.5 Hz, 1H). | References | [1] Patent: WO2013/30138, 2013, A1.
