简介	DC-0400流平剂是一种工业涂料，具有控制其流动至最终流平的作用。涂料施工后，有一个流动及干燥成膜过程，然后逐步形成一个平整、光滑、均匀的涂膜。在实际施工过程中，常出现的涂膜缺陷有橘皮，鱼眼，缩孔，针孔，缩边，贝纳得漩涡，气流敏感及由于流平性不好，刷涂时出现刷痕，辊涂时产生辊痕都称之为流平性不良，这些现象的产生降低了涂料的装饰和保护功能。加入流平剂可改善上述情况的发生。
分类	流平剂按照不同的结构，可分为丙烯酸酯类流平剂、有机硅类流平剂和氟碳改性流平剂。具有以下特点：（1）丙烯酸酯类流平剂的特点为低稳泡性、高相容性，通用型选择；（2）有机硅类流平剂的特点为强流平/滑爽性，但过量易导致缩孔、层间附着力下降；（3）氟碳改性流平剂的特点为极低表面张力，解决顽固底材润湿问题。
用途	通用型流平剂，不仅适合水性涂料、水性油墨，同时也适用于溶剂体系、无溶剂体系，包括UV紫外光固化体系。适用于水性油墨、水性木器漆、水性印花浆料、水性光油、水星醇酸树脂、油性鞋底光油、油性丙烯酸和聚氨酯涂料混合体系，还适用于汽车涂料、聚氨酯涂料。
