| Description | DPP-9 inhibitor 42 is an inhibitor of dipeptidyl peptidase 9 (DDP-9; IC50 = 0.0034 µM).1 It is selective for DDP-9 over DPP-8, DPP-4, DPP-2, fibroblast activation protein (FAP), and prolyl endopeptidase (IC50s = 0.6, >10, >5, 10, and >10 µM, respectively). DPP-9 inhibitor 42 (10 µM) induces lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) release from THP-1 acute monocytic and HL-60 promyeloblast leukemia cells.WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use. | | References | [1] SIHAM BENRAMDANE, PIETER VAN DER VEKEN* Highly Selective Inhibitors of Dipeptidyl Peptidase 9 (DPP9) Derived from the Clinically Used DPP4-Inhibitor Vildagliptin[J].
