BC-21 Usage And Synthesis
UsesBC21 (NSC 109268) is a β-catenin/Tcf4 inhibitor with an IC50 of 5 μM. BC21 effectively inhibits the binding of β-catenin to Tcf4-derived peptides and suppresses β-catenin/Tcf4-driven reporter gene activity. BC21 can be utilized in cancer research[1].
