Description(±)7(8)-EpDTE is an oxylipin and an oxidative metabolite of docosapentaenoic acid (DPA). It is formed via cytochrome P450 (CYP) metabolism of DPA, and can be further metabolized to (±)7(8)-DiHDTE by epoxide hydrolase.
Uses(±)7(8)-EpDTE is an oxylipin and an oxidative metabolite of docosapentaenoic acid[1].
