These kinases phosphorylate threonine or serine followed by a proline residue.As determined by ELISA using a wide variety of phospho-Thr-Pro peptides, Phospho-Threonine-Proline Monoclonal Antibody recognizes the phospho-Thr-Pro motif in a highly context-independent fashion.
